This seems like a sensible approach that takes into account all the people involved in running an organization. Not everyone can be the leader! I enjoyed your emphasis on the author's balanced approach to orienting leaders and team members. Great review!

I think this book is useful for many readers because only a few can be leader and lot of people can support as team members. Nice to see a book that teaches followers or team members to be effective in their roles. Thanks for your nicely written review.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

We can't all be leaders and the sooner we accept that, the sooner we can pull our weight and contribute meaningfully in our teams. I'd like to read this one, seems insightful. Thanks for the review!
