We are Voulhire: A new arrival under great skies by Matthew Tysz is a fictional piece of writing about a specific part of the multiverse where people with magic live amidst people without magic. It is a story about a time of war born out of selfishness, self centeredness, greed and the hunt for power. A war that tore families apart, both people with magic and those without magic felt the brunt of the war. It made many children orphan, many became widowed while a lot of people not only lost their loved ones but also their sanity.

According to the story, greed brings evil to the mind which in turn make you doubt even your most loyal ally. It keeps you on guard, watching out for traitors even among friends. The men without magic wants to acquire power, likewise the men with power. Even kings wants to acquire more kingdoms. The quest for power is indeed a thirst that cannot be quenched. The author illustrated a powerful ruler; the emperor, who had four male heirs. The emperor, knowing his sons greed and quest for power, gave each of them a settlement far from his kingdom. Greed soon set in and the sons started longing for one another's settlement.

Although, the plot of the story is set in another part of the multiverse, the moral value embedded in the story is of great lesson to this part of the multiverse, present age and dispensation. In spite of the story being a fiction, the lucid description of people, events, actions, deeds and magic made the story very interesting. The use of map and reference guide by the author made creating a vivid picture of the story not only possible but also easy. The story is not written in chapters, it is rather written in subtitles which give insight to what will be written next.

Despite my extensive and thorough reading of the book, I could not find any grammatical nor typographical error, neither was any vulgar language detected. The book has been professionally edited. The novel was written in simple clear British English. I will rate the book 4 out of 4 stars as the book has good story plot, vivid illustrations, no typographical nor grammatical error and no detectable vulgar language.

The book is best recommended to those who love to read war stories and fictions, also to historians and lovers of multi verse and magic stories. Those who will like to see a world where there will be no war, no blood bath and no greed eaten leaders should read this great piece of writing as well.
