[Following is a volunteer review of "There's a Rooster in My Bathroom!" by Trish Ostroski.]
[rwc=id393810-125]4 out of 4 stars.[/rwc]"There's a Rooster in My Bathroom!" is refreshing and entertaining. Ostroski spills onto the pages a myriad of her entertaining and touching life experiences and includes a lesson she has learned at the end of each chapter. The book was an easy read, a great length, and compiled so that a reader may select virtually any chapter in the book and gain great knowledge without a need for context. Ostroski teaches valuable life lessons with wisdom, clarity, and conciseness, and without the unattractive weight of an arrogant, virtue-signaling tone. The title was a fun element of the book for me to interpret on my own, and Ostroski helps the reader out as she explains the experience behind it. A few grammatical errors were present, but this did not take away from the overall story. Many pictures of Ostroski's life events were included, though I would have preferred them to be presented immediately after the story they depicted for organization and entertainment's sake. Despite these minor flaws, Trish Ostroski has filled blank pages with a life's worth of wisdom and it is worth the read by anyone wishing to seek purpose and fulfillment in life. [b] Rating: 4 out of 4
