Review of Perfect
The book Perfect is written by Judi Miller. The story reveals the journey of Judi Miller from emotionally vulnerable person to a stable, compose and a perfect person. In the book Judi Miller is described as a person who is afraid of being sexually assaulted and darkness as she could feel the spirits. Initially author describes about her family history and how it impacts her own personality. Author was brought up in a family where she was loved but since her childhood she felt that she is somehow different from other children. Inspite of feeling that she is different, she didn't realize that she possess certain God gifts, until one Good Friday in Church which changed her life for ever. After that experience, gentle stirring started inside her heart. She signed for a programme "Your Years Of Miracle" to emerge her abilities.
A lot of hustle bustle was going at her physical and emotional level due to her physical ailment she had to go through a surgery, sleep deprivation, sleep walks and spirit visits were also increasing. To deal with all this she landed up to see a practitioner, Diana. Diana helped her to remove Chakra blockages with healing. Her search for "why I am here?" also started in that Diana helped her through Harlic healing. Her increasing curiosity in past lives leads many secrets to reveal. In this process Dr.Brian Weiss helped her. During her mother's 88th birthday party she came to know a shocking reality of her mother's life which changed hers and Diana's life.
After the revelation, her life changed completely, she got to learn the ability to forgive and heal:"bring pain on surface, then release it".
One of the major positive aspects of this book is that, there is mention of several exercises which actually helped the author and can help the reader too, to maintain a peaceful, self discovered, stable and happy life. The book is written with a lot of integrity, the author has been very honest with all her fears, expressions, past and recoveries.
Being very honest I didn't find anything negative in this book, though there are certain instances of spirit visits but that too turned as "life changing events" for the author.
If one considers the content, exercises, healing process and other scientific and emotional aspects, then the book is up to the mark. However, there are certain grammatical errors due to which "I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars".
The story needs readers of high understanding, so it is recommended for adults and teenagers. If you have these sorts of question that "Who I am?, What is the purpose of my life?, Why has Creator sent me here?" then you must check out this book for self discovery and also to unlock some mysteries of the story.
