Inspiration and encouragement is something that a human being needs in his/her life to keep going. So if you are someone looking for the same, then you should surely read this book that I am going to talk about.

Last Words from Above is a non-fiction book written by Jeremy Brown. It starts with the author narrating his journey of becoming a writer and how God helped him to write this book. Furthermore, the author has listed over one thousand quotes which were the outcome of his daily habits of journaling and meditation. Since the quotes are based on different aspects of life, love, relationships and spirituality, the reader is bound to find something that resonates with him/her.

After I finished reading the book, I was left with a list of quotes that I felt were relatable to me. One of the quotes that deeply touched me was, "Whenever we make giving optional, we are instantly limiting our own resources because our heavenly Father is not wasteful. He is exact in all His accounting." I can't help but mention this quote because it highlights so many points such as the importance of sharing what we have with others and the fact that what we have is bestowed upon us by God. Each and every quote in the book is indeed thought-provoking and has the potential to leave you wondering whether what you are doing in your life is righteous or not.

I must say I have never read a book like this before. This book is not just a collection of brilliant quotes, but it is also a book that is necessary for today's world. There is nothing that I disliked about it. It is professionally edited because I did not come across any typos or grammatical errors.

Due to the above-mentioned reasons, I happily award this book 4 out of 4 stars. I had a wonderful time reading it. It is undoubtedly a must-read. Anyone who loves reading inspirational books would surely enjoy reading this one. But I would recommend this book to someone who is going through a rough patch in their life and need a quick dose of inspiration. This book will definitely lift your spirits. It is suitable for all ages.

Lastly, I would like to end this review with one of my favorite quotes from this book, “Listen to your heart, for she doesn’t know how to lie, but your flesh does."
