[Following is a volunteer review of "Last Words from Above" by Jeremy Brown.]
Last Words from Above: Medicine for the spirit is a book full of inspiring quotes that will improve your mental, physical, social, intellectual, and other well-being. Some of the quotes act as an inspiration for you to live a fulfilling life on earth. Others are thought-provoking phrases that encourage you to live a Godly life.
This book is also an eye-opener to utilizing your God-given potentials with the assistance of the Holy Spirit. It teaches you how to recognize new possibilities as well as how to compose yourself in character to achieve greatness.
The author, Jeremy Brown, has written an excellent book. He came up with a total of 2,001 quotes. I enjoyed reading the quotes and retained a copy of my favourites. I like what the author has done with this book. There are so many positive things to learn. The editing is superb and the framework is well-organized. The author has done an excellent job compiling this helpful quotations that will enhance the well-being of people.
As you read through the pages of this book, you will certainly come across something that you will find interesting. When I was reading this book, there were times I came across some quotations which made me say “wonderful” or shook my head as confirmation that what I just read was true. Part of what I learned is that our destiny is something we must fight for, something that may be uncomfortable or challenging but in the end, it would be rewarding. There are just many others which I like too. I also like the boldness and sincerity of the author in his writings.
There is nothing I dislike about the book. It's a good book for everyone. An inspirational book that everyone should endeavour to read.
I enjoy reading inspirational books, and this one has earned my recommendation. It is with great delight that I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars because it is a great book. Well done, Jeremy Brown, and more power to your elbow.
I recommend this book to people of all ages. Teenagers and young adults who read this book will learn many things which will encourage them and help them soar high like the eagle. The elder ones who read this book will achieve great things because age is not a barrier to fulfilling your purpose in life.
