After ten years of marriage, Kathleen Ho's husband, David, died. She went through a lot of pain and felt like the world was collapsing in front of her eyes, but she was able to get over it with time. It took her a year and a half to get back on her feet, and after that, she published her book, which she hopes will help a large number of people overcome their grief.

LIVING FORWARD AFTER LOSS is a book written to assist those who have lost a loved one in quickly recovering and moving on with their lives. This book is intended to help readers heal the deep wounds caused by the loss of a loved one. It is intended to make people realize that they cannot change the past, but they can strive to be happy amid their pains and not let their pains steal their present and bright future.

Kathleen Ho, the author, did a brilliant job in bringing such a book to the public's attention. There are a lot of things I like about the book. I like the front cover’s book design because it is simple and appealing to me. The editing is excellent. I enjoyed some of the quotes she included at the beginning of each chapter and throughout the book. They're simply beautiful.

I loved how she outlined her points and then expanded on each one. I enjoyed how she concluded each chapter with a summary. It's quite good and simple to understand. The book is well-organized and structured. I particularly like how she discourages people from using alcohol to cope with bereavement because of the negative effects it has on their health, instead she emphasizes on the importance of exercise and giving ourselves time to heal. There is simply so much to learn from this book.

There is nothing about the book that I dislike. The only thing I noticed was that towards the end of the book, some points were repeated. Irrespective of that, it is a very useful book. A good book for people who are grieving or know someone who has lost a loved one.

This book has earned my recommendation. I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars because it contains a wealth of knowledge.

I recommend this book to anyone who has lost a loved one. Teenagers, young adults, and the elderly who have lost loved ones will find this book very helpful in overcoming their grief and living happily again.
