[Following is a volunteer review of "The Ultimate Love" by Sherine Anniruth.]
The ultimate love is the love a mother have for her child or children. This book, The Ultimate Love reveals how tragic it could be to lost a child, especially, a beloved child.
Grieving a lost child is a mother's most devastating experience. In the beginning, there is a lots of mixed feelings, like denying the truth that the child really dies, blaming yourself for his death, grievances and shutting yourself up from friends, also losing interests in things you loved before.
This book addresses all the negative feelings parents especially mothers experience at a lost of a child and the remedies to counteract those negative feelings. First of all,we need to understand what grief is before we begins a recovery journey. Grief is a last act of love we feels for our loved ones. We can express this grief in so many ways and at odd times, that is,anywhere we feels inclines, we express it knowing full well of who we lost.
As time goes on,we will need to be heal of our grief. But this may take place gradually because of the memories we share with our dear one we lost. And remembering those memories could in time have some healing effects as we come to appreciates our loved one more. For example, making a remembrance of them, revisiting places we have together can leave us with feelings that their still dear in our heart.
The healing process should also includes widening out of our friendship with others, that is making new friend, accepting help from them, sharing our experiences, unburdening our mind and hearing their own experiences perhaps there is maybe someone who can relate to us of the same lost.
Having faith in God is another thing the writer mentioned. Some believed in afterlife, meeting again with their loved ones in a better place. So having such faith that are going to meet again really encourages one to cope with the grief of losing a loved one in death.
This book the ultimate love,I will give 3/4 rate. I truly will recommend it. It is a most read especially for grieving parents.
