Clint Kennedy does drug money laundering living in Merida, Mexico. He and his best friend, Jack are a partner in running a bank which does this money laundering job. Jack's parents own this bank.

Money Faucet is a story based on Clint and how he is always saved by his boss Pablo. In this story, we see how Clint suffers major emotions by losing people, having sudden new feelings for a person whom he has never known perfectly. However, he sees himself as a good criminal, a criminal with a good heart. The story begins with a dead lawyer and revolves mostly in past and how the dead lawyer was killed.

Due to some family reason, Clint goes from Mexico to his best friend's house and Pablo says him to stay away from Merida. As there was some house cleaning in Mexico of drug lords. In the midst, Clint finds the lawyer dead and the thrilling story begins. There is also some romance side of the story shown, Clint's love life and professional life and his plans are also shown.

Joe Calderwood did a great job with writing, as it is as descriptive as possible. I liked the description, the scenes, and the thinking of each person. As it was written from Clint's perspective however other character's feelings and thoughts were also written. I could get a good feel of emotions which was nice. The plot was good but was predictable though I liked the thrill. The character development was also very pretty, mostly of Clint only.

Though the format was unlikeable. I couldn't understand the story at the beginning, it was confusing however I was able to understand it after a few pages. Since the plot was predictable, I couldn't enjoy the ending to the fullest. There was a romantic side, but it was not equally, elaborated as the other thrill part of the story.

The book takes into concern many topics, like sexuality and the heart of the person. Though in that case, the book was a hypothetical situation. As he is laundering the drug money living a luxurious life

I will give this book a 4 out of 4 stars. Mainly because of the plot, and the descriptive style of the book. It seemed the book was professionally edited. An appropriate audience would be young adults who love thrillers and crime. The teenagers shouldn't read this as it has some strong words.
