Review of The Maestro Monologue
The Maestro Monologue by Rob White is a nonfictional self-help book about having full control over one's consciousness, awakening you to what you already know, but aren't aware of. Rob, in writing this book, offered us new ways of being ourselves. I was amazed when I read from his book that our world responds to what we think. “your world is just a mirror!”, he said. I couldn't help but find his statements to be correct. This was just in the first pages of the book, and I felt I was about to open the door to a new universe.
I also realized that there are not one, but two selves controlling our being. The Maestro is a selfhood in its undefinable nature that lasts forever. Our highest guidance come from being this self. In this profound state of knowing, you are in a resplendent and transcendent state of being. You do not learn to be one, as you experience being the Maestro directly when you take unyielding control over your life.
Meanwhile, an assumptive identity you breathed life into, the unwanted mental visitor that is the intruder, is a poisoned personality that supports an impoverished reality, taking away your rich reality filled with many possibilities. Rob, with his book, tells you how best to get rid of the intruder and other psychological problems with several exceedingly effective life hacks.
This book is simply filled with positivity. Throughout my reading of this book, the words and techniques Rob used made me feel as though he wasn't guiding just me, but a multitude, as he answered several doubts and questions, including questions I was yet to think of perfectly. He utilizes The Maestro Monologue to develop you in becoming fully responsible for conducting your affairs, orchestrating the unfolding of your life, and pushes you to run towards achieving your dreams. The book was also professionally edited, complementing the joy of soaring new heights.
I would be hard-pressed to find negative points about The Maestro Monologue, as it is nearly perfect, from the word choices, down to the errors made. The errors in the book are just too minor to highlight. Meanwhile, although some biblical quotes were used, they were just references alongside other quotes. A very impressive job was definitely done in the making of this book.
I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. From the genius and time it must have taken to write The Maestro Monologue, to the result produced, I can think of no reason at all as to why its rating should be any less. I'd also recommend this book to audiences above 12 years old, as it could be too complicated for anyone under 12 years of age.
