Whenever I see a book like that my first thought is that it must be boring. In this case, it did not turn out to be true. Quite the opposite - it was wanted.

In moments when daily life engulfs me, I need a book like this, to make me think about the values of life - about my loved ones and where I have gone, and whether my direction is worth it or not. (i.e. do I succeed).

The concept of How To Be Successful by M. Curtis McCoy is presented in a series of interviews and the author’s shared experience. It reveals the meaning of success in almost any aspect of that word. There are interesting examples of the reality: stories of successful and unsuccessful people. It is a book that is easy to read because the content is very close to our wishes - everyone wants to be happy and successful. Most of the messages are familiar to all of us but it is beneficial to read a narrative like this, sometimes, more than once a year. The need for motivation is great when fatigue overwhelms us. The struggle with the problems of others makes us stronger. That gives us the confidence that we are not the only people who have problems and hope for a better life. That is why the examples and shared experiences of the interviewed people are stimulating.

Although not very pronounced, the author's sense of humor is evident. The feeling of reality, for a person firmly on the ground, is well expressed. We can find here the strong faith in God. At the same time, while reading the book, we realize that the author and interviewed people do not wait for support, but try to find solutions to their problems. The author, M. Curtis McCoy shares the difficulties in his life: health challenges, bankruptcies, family problems, how many friends a person has when he is rich and how few of them you have left when you become not so rich, and other problems that happen to many of us.

The controversial idea of educating children at home is also mentioned. Here I was impressed by the well-defended point of view on this issue although I am not a supporter of the idea.

The strength of spirit and faith in God, the self-confidence of a powerful person, and many other qualities will reveal to you when you read the book. This is the incredible potential of the human being in the struggle for success.

In my opinion, the book deserves 4 out of 4 stars for its inspiring content, professional editing, and ease of reading. I sincerely recommend it to the widest possible audience.
