The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook by H. J. Chammas is about self-reliance and financial freedom.
I picked this book and knew this is going to be a tougher one for me, but when I started reading the message, shared by Chammas in the initial pages, I was so comfortable and convinced with his idea. The author talks about becoming a millionaire and that too continuing your job, well he shares the lessons learned from Papa Joe, a Philippine exporter.
This book carries themes of investment in general and real estate as its sub-head.
Builds your base but preliminary research like knowing your big reason to achieve the goal you want to and clarity of intentions regarding your financial situation which also involves critical analysis of your assets and liabilities, are some of the major things that are required to jump into this journey to become a millionaire.
Of course, it is not an accounting book, but will educate you on all aspects, not too diversified instead enough for the investment plan/ investment blueprint.
The blueprint that is shared in the book itself is deeply researched and triable; not just another business book, not hyped, it is legit workable and with your creativity, you can mold it.
Suggesting you some of the necessary details to make use of this personal workbook effectively involves reading thoroughly what the author has briefed which will build a framework in your head for efficient results. Also to not to forget the stressing points like actionable steps which are pretty viable and compatible and templates like balance sheet, limiting beliefs helped me a lot in the process too.
I liked how concise, crisp and actionable this book is. Since it is in a questionnaire form, to educate you and get you equipped with an executory plan for financial advancement and freedom that you are seeking, it makes you more aware of your financial goals.
Action steps are worth checking and greatly helpful while exploring and researching the investment blueprint. It served its purpose really well when it comes to the blueprint that this abridged book is carrying in itself.
This abridged edition will be a task, to interpret, for the ones who are yet to know the basics about personal finance, investments, and real estate, so do your research and chart out precise goals with the vision you carry for your financial condition.
I would love to give 3 out of 4 stars to this read, it did a good job but could be better and accessible for newbies and entrepreneurs who know minimal and less about the technicality shared in the book.
Not a specific age group, but yes anyone who has the zeal to become a millionaire can pick this book. Of course, it is not a full-proof plan, you have to put your efforts too to yield the best results for yourself.
