Fast-Starting A Career of Consequence by Fred Sievert is more like a career guidance booklet. This book will explain importance of faith, maintenance and values. The Author has dictated various advises which will help you in restarting a life with full of enthusiasm. This book contains various key methods which will help you in restarting your career even after this pandemic situation. This book also contains aspects like morality and belief in God. Author has also mentioned his advises he had given to his daughter when she entered workforce for the first time.

The most loved part for me is that it covers various topics such as spirituality, sociality, professionalism, etc. The reader will get knowledge about various topics and it is a big benefit for the readers.The plot of this book contains various topics and that's why I loved reading it. Connection and belief towards God also catches attention.

In my opinion, I felt that this book revolves more around one particular religion only. It would have been more connective if there were thoughts about other religions as well.

Overall I liked this book and I will rate it 3 out of 4 stars. There are very fewer errors in this book and the book is well edited. It is a good motivational book. The plotting of the book has also done very nicely. One more thing that I loved about this book is that the author has expressed his opinion in a very strong and constructive way.

I will recommend this book to the people who are starting their career just now and are new in this workforce sector. People who had lost their jobs and are restarting their lives will also love this book. People who are discouraged and need motivation for work will also learn many things from this book.
