Review of Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living, Guaranteed (Almost)
Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living, Guaranteed (Almost) is a self-help book by the author Purandar A. Amin. This book guides about how to live a stress-free life and anyone dedicated to self-improvement. The book is written in the format of a letter of the author to his wife. The techniques and methods described in the book are really nice and if one can adopt these methods, they can live a happy and stress-free life. The main content of the book revolves around energy, mind, fear, and karma. The author explained everything in very detail and with very good examples. Each chapter of the book ends with an exercise that one can perform to walk down the path of spirituality. This book will readjust our thinking and thoughts and our worries about the future will vanish out of the fear that might occur or not. The author explained that how our thinking and thoughts affect us and how we can easily change our thinking to more positive and inspiring thoughts. After reading this become, the situation became easier to understand and to cope with them. The author explained that whatever happened was meant to happen, whatever is happening is meant to happen and whatever will happen is meant to happen, so why to worry. The chapter about karma was very relaxing as the author suggested not to worry about the results of your good or bad doing. The karma will work when everyone related to the results will be ready and present at the right place and at right time. Everything written in the book is very helpful. This book contains everything related to our worries, like our thoughts, our relationships, our goals, and karma. The author talked a lot about energy, as in one chapter he said that if we keep thinking about something bad, then that bad energy will start accumulating around us and one day that bad thinking will result in something bad, so stop thinking about something that is not going to happen.
I found the suggested methods, techniques, and examples quite convincing. The author had just presented the common sense things that just hadn’t connected with how we live. This book will help to understand that how our thoughts actually affect our lives. It is a comforting book that will help you to reduce your stress while reading it. I found this book very helpful to calm down in stressful situations. The author suggested that our thinking is limited to our life exposures, so don’t judge anyone and don’t judge any situation.
I liked the book but it needs more than one reading to understand it properly which was already mentioned by the author in the book.
I will rate this book 4 out of 4 because I did not find anything that can reduce its rating. The book is well written with a very unique format of the letter. The book gave a lot of information. The author suggested exercises to practice to change our way of thinking and to become more positive in life.
I will recommend the book to the audience who loves to read non-fictional books and self-improvement books. This is a great book to readjust your thinking and thoughts. This book did the same work as it promises.
