The novel Jane Grace: Library of Light by Trace Sonnleitner is a novel about a young woman named Jane Grace who is a survivor from a bombing that destroyed her city Rubelle. She also had the fate of loosing her parents in all the chaos. She heard rumors that there is a chosen one who was going to save them from all this suffering. She didn't believe that this was true for quite a long time. One fateful day she discovers that perhaps it might be true after all however, a series of events happen which makes her realize that everything is not what it seems to be.

What I liked about the book is how descriptive it is. The author put in a lot of effort to show how the setting was and each description that he was stating about the new world was very fascinating. Not only was this descriptive but, each detail shown was carefully used to show how desolate and distressful the whole situation was that was going on in this world. I also liked how the author managed to capture the sorrow and helplessness of each character in the book. Authors tend to forget to boost their supporting characters but, in this case the detail is exceptional. The author did a good job in his characterisation.

What I also liked about the book is how it was at the perfect pace from the beginning to the end. Not too fast and definitely not too slow. There is perfect transition from one chapter to other. I also liked how it is not predictable. You have to read the story inorder to know what is going to happen. This is a job well done to the author.

What I did not like about the book was also how too descriptive it was at times where it was not necessary. There were moments when the author was getting a little too carried away. However that did not completely take away how good the book is well written. One can clearly see that the book was professionally edited.

I am giving this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars because the book is professionally edited there were hardly any errors in the book. I also liked how the author's pacing from the beginning of the book to the end was very consistent and in accordance with each scene. I especially liked the descriptions they really helped to show exactly what the author was envisioning as the new world. A fantastic read.

I would recommend this book for people who are into science fiction. This would be an interesting read. Anyone from the ages of fourteen and up can be able to read this book. There is no sexual content and profanity.
