Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks is a must-read book written by Morton E Travel, MD. As the title suggests, the book is divided into three parts. The first part is about health tips. It covers everything we need to know about everyday tips for a healthy life, starting from diet tips, food, sleep, and some pains. The second part debunking the myths about health that are commonly believed. The third part covers the marketing tricks that make buyers buy products that are not necessarily useful or work. This part is really useful because I am often convinced by the marketing strategy about certain products. I ended up spending a lot of money on a useless product that did not work at all. Even though some of the information was not new to me, I still found a lot of useful and surprising information. The writer helps me to make a healthier choice when it comes to food and helps me to clarify my understanding about back pain that I thought needed serious treatment, but it is a common problem.

What I really like about this book is that the writer always provides a conclusion at the end of each chapter. It covers the tips that the author suggests to work best or better than the other. It also helps me remember what has been said earlier. The book is also well written, I did not find any grammatical errors or typos.

I don't have any reason to dislike this book. Perhaps, for some people who already work in the field of health, the information provided is not new for them. However, for people in general and me, this book provides more that we need to know about health tips, myths, and tricks. Almost every answer to my health questions and doubts can be found here.

Therefore, I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars rating. The information provided is really useful, combined with lots of research, not from the author's opinion. The explanations are also very easy to understand for people in general.

I recommend you to read this book at least once in life. It is better to prevent and maintain your health now rather than to treat your body when you are sick. I strongly believe that this book will open your eyes and mind, so you can make a better choice for your health. Besides, the best news is, you do not need to read pages of a health website just to find one answer to your question, this book has already summed it up for you. It is very convenient.
