Purandah A. Amin writes his book, Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living, in a letter format, to his wife, Uma. It consists of 21 chapters, which is dedicated to teaching his readers how to live a stress-free life.

Purandah states that worries and fears are the enemies, which prevent us from living a stress-free life. He also gives a detailed analysis, and explains how negative emotions affect our lives. He also teaches on forgiveness, revenge and the ego. And how the ego prevents people from asking for forgiveness, and forgiving others. This book is all about getting rid of negative emotions and thoughts, in order to live a stress-free life.

I love this particular book a lot. It is not the best, in my opinion, and it is also not the worst. But it teaches a lot of things, which majority of us lack in our everyday life. The author's viewpoints are similar to that of Buddhism. The part that really got tears dropping down my cheeks was that of the writer's past life experiences. The book also contains exercises at the end of each chapter, and a section to take down notes on the results of each exercise being carried out. It doesn't guarantee stress-free living on a scale of 10, as stated on the title itself. All that depends on the individual. But it does provide some enlightenment necessary to living a peaceful and happy life. The author also talks about mind conditioning, and how it restricts us from living a happy and fulfilled life. Sometimes our belief systems and thoughts get in the way of our happiness, and the happiness of others. The writer also teaches on the value of forgiveness. Not bad for a self-help book.

There is nothing bad I can say about this book. It is professionally edited. It contains just a few typos. Nevertheless, the design is impeccable. And I can say that the editor did a really good job at that. But I'll be giving it a rating of 3 out of 4 stars, because of the typos I found while reading it, which was a bit distracting.

I highly recommend this book to people who want to learn more about reincarnation, spirituality, karma, and the forces of the universe. It is a good read, and the writer deserves a pat on the back. It mainly focuses on eliminating negative energy, and bringing in the positive ones. So if you are a person, who wants to live a stress-free life, then I highly recommend this book to you. Stay blessed as you read!
