Review of Belas Rift

[Following is a volunteer review of "Belas Rift" by Stephan von Clinkerhoffen.]
Belas Rift by Stephan von Clinkerhoffen enters the genre of Sci-Fi / Fantasy, telling the story of the characters Stig and Meg. Sneaking into the night, the two heroes break into a hunter's yard, quietly leaving him a fox corpse, as quiet as possible. But things quickly get out of control, and the hounds are alerted, as is the hunter himself. But before he knows it, the two characters, loaded on their old tricycle, evaporate into the darkness of the night. But the two characters surprisingly are caught in a whirlwind, but one that takes them to a completely different place and time.
The goal of the characters and their incredible adventures are in complete sync with their tasks. Tryingly to save their Motherland from malicious and unfriendly people, the two characters are constantly involved in interesting, fun, and mysterious adventures. The enthusiasm for the fun games and the light tricks that make random people accompany them all the time, leaving that specific note from each person's childhood. And as in any story, Belas Rift also has villains trying to change the characters' path to their cherished goal.
Stephan von Clinkerhoffen did a great job with the beginning of the story. Starting with an adventure that leads to a resolution and conclusion is probably a great way to start a story. As a reader and lover of sci-fi, I would say that this beginning aroused my interest in continuing to read. Belas Rift is a story that can take you back in time to your childhood, reminding you of fun childhood moments and fun, even jokes under the guise of imagination. Like when you made a dirty joke on someone, and your heart raced, thinking they would catch you.
The pictures in Belas Rift well reflect the actions and events in the story and give a sense of wholeness. Of course, this somewhat changes the individual imagination, but it also adds color and life to the text.
The only remark, in my opinion, as a reader, was that there were puzzling moments. I had to reread them two or three times to get into the meaning and complexity of the text. I guess that's why the book is recommended for slightly older children, although it's great and full of adventures, where kids will see themselves.
In that order, so far, I can rate this book 4 out of 4. The reason I give the highest rating is that Belas Rift is worth it. Most of all, I didn't witness any proofreading mistakes, which is good. Although it may be a little puzzling at times from my point of view, I would recommend it for over 10 years old. Belas Rift is an enthralling, fun, and adventurous story with a sci-fi, fantasy plot. Which can bring its reader's the imagination and memories of endless games. In my opinion, if you still keep the child in you or you are a child whose fantasy does not stop raging, Belas Rift will be a good choice for reading, and I recommend it.
