Living Forward After Loss by Kathleen Ho is a good book. It is an informational book for people who have lost their loved ones, as the title says. The content is all about how Kathleen dealt with the loss of her loved one, which was her husband. It's a motivational book to help people grieving their loved one. The book provides useful information about how to move on.

What I loved about the book is the fact that Kathleen's content was very realistic. I love that she wrote everything in a conversational style. The fact that she knows what she is talking about is very useful. Sometimes when people go through painful experiences, they need comfort from someone who has been through the same thing. Kathleen made it all about how she got over her husband's death and how she is living a good life now. I believe that this book will be helpful to people who need to hear the words of encouragement from Kathleen. I also learned about a lot, and I realized that living for today and treating people around you with kindness is important. Being kind is important because you never know when is the last day for the person you're not treating with kindness. One of the quotes I love from the book is "honor your time on earth." I love it because it opens up an understanding that I should live life like it's my last day on earth and to also be grateful for each day that comes because I can never know what the future holds.

I wouldn't say there is something I hate about the book. Despite the fact that I have never lost a loved one, but I still find what was said very useful. I love that it wasn't written by someone who thinks they know grief, but by someone who has gone through the unfortunate. The book was edited and there were 2 errors I saw, which is something that's minor.

I will rate the book 4 out of 4 . I think this is a good rating because the book was informative. Not only that, but I think Kathleen wrote exactly what she went through from her reaction, to her emotions and grief. The 4 out of 4 rating is fair because this is a book I would confidently recommend to someone who has lost someone they love.

I can't say I recommend this book to a specific age because everyone loses their loved one. There is no age for loss! However, I think this book will be suitable for people who have lost someone they love or someone who needs motivation.
