Review of Legacy

[Following is a volunteer review of "Legacy" by Sean T. Smith.]
Nwarht woke up having no memory of where he was? It was a snow forest filled with dangerous, aggressive Knife-jaws. But there were more dangerous animals called natives, soon will be hunting Nwarht. He met other three companions, one of which was killed by a native. But she was the lucky one because worse was to come to those who were alive. This all was happening in Central Africa in 33,330 BC.
In 2046, a nuke boom exploded. It caused numerous catastrophic events and affected many lives. Rick and Sarah were stuck and dying on the moon. JW Duarte lost his leg and arm due to this explosive effect. But soon this nightmare of JW was going to make him a kind of superhero, with the help of an alien, called himself David. Director Bustos and his new chauffeur, Major Philip Lucas, were both going to face many challenges, too.
What was the purpose behind the nuke? How were these two different timelines connected with one other? How was JW’s life going to change? How was Bustos, who already has lost everything due to a nuke attack in 2021, going to face a new nuke threat?
I liked the novel Legacy by Sean T. Smith for several reasons. The first was very well-developed characters. All characters’ genuine emotions had created a unique image for themselves. The characters I liked the most were Jessica and JW. Jessica’s passion for her work and JW’s cool nature were able to create a profound interest for me during reading. David's helping nature was also very heartwarming. The second thing was the storyline. From the first chapter, it grabbed the reader. It was one of those great pieces in which a reader couldn’t guess how the story was going to end because of the various parts involved. The best part is the introduction of humor in between all the chaos, especially associating with the JW character. I disliked the inflow in the storyline at the beginning. But soon it developed into an enjoyable flow too. There was nothing else to dislike in the story.
I am pleased to give Legacy 3 out of 4 stars. There was nothing to dislike in the book for me, except a little inconstancy in the beginning. Later, these inconsistencies become the most enjoyable reading. The book was surprisingly perfectly edited, given its big length. I would recommend it to science fiction and fantasy lover.
