The book Lead us to a place by Andrew Pacholyk will take us through heartfelt expressions of healing. Andrew has had two major careers. One was dance, the other medicine. For the first 20 years of his life, he worked as a professional dancer. He discovered his second career after an accident. He suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns over his left arm and both legs. This has debilitated him, physically, for 7 months of his life and emotionally, for 7 years after. After the end of his dance career, he had no direction and no idea where to go next. He was grateful to his partner, who steered him in the right direction. His second career became a gratifying choice in holistic medicine. This book is divided into nine chapters, the first of which focuses on his
experiences with his mentors and followed by the tools in the book, our spiritual quest, and the seasons of our lives.

This book is inspirational and offers a lot of wisdom to the readers, which made it a lot engaging. I like the structure and organization of the pieces, they were well-written and captivating. It resonates with our deeper comprehension of spirituality and offers an important teaching method of combining love and subtle discipline. I was bombarded with surprise when I got to read some information about life energies such as chakra, which I have always watched in "Naruto", I didn't expect it to be something of use in real life.

I have found some minor cliches, but the author's writing conveyed such a depth disposition that I was completely immersed. It is such an amazing book for self-discovery.

I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars since it was both instructive and uplifting, and launches a lot of conventional wisdom. I didn't rate it 4 as I am not really into the subject. I also did not rate it lower than 3 as this will help us in gaining a better understanding of our greater purpose and awareness in life.

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading inspirational literature and wanted to delve a little deeper into who they are and are curious about how they can access more of their innate wisdom. Although some of the ideologies in the book don't align with other religions' theological teaching, such as Christianity, I believe everyone can read it since there are lots of spiritual approaches and nuggets of wisdom we can pick from this book.
