Uproar, judgement and conspiracy are all displayed in the book OOF by Strobe Witherspoon. A chapter from the book is leaked and the crucifixion that Strobe encounters before he even publishes his latest book is disturbing. The type of community that the internet has created and how misinformation is affecting the society today.

The controversial book, FLOTUS: A memoir is a book about a first lady who comes from a foreign country. Through her extensive work she discovers her way to the top ranks of the country. Her husband is rarely there to support her for he was busy with state issues. The critics dug into Strobe’s background and his family is in danger. Strobe goes into hiding to preserve his skin.

OOF is an eye opening book that reveals the kind of society that we live in. How we can be misguided for not sieving the information we get out there. The satire and the humor makes this book an thought-provoking read. The characters are clearly defined. Their introduction and development caused me to recognize their role in the development of the book. It was easy to grasp how the characters related to each other. An easy to read for it uses understandable English. The book is short thus it doesn’t need long sitting hours to finish reading it. It was exemplary how Strobe played both the narrator and the character parts separately.

The tweets and massages in the first pages confused me but after reading for a while I understood the story. I disliked how he could just patch content from FLOTUS: A memoir in the middle of a read. It leaves the reader confused. But this did not deter me from enjoying reading the book.

OOF is well a well edited book for I did not encounter grammatical or editorial errors. The font used was suitable for all people. You can forget your glasses but that will not stop you from reading this book as the font is large enough. I will give this book a rating of 3 out of 4 stars for I did not encounter any difficulty reading through it.

I recommend this book to those people who love to read memoirs. The young adults who fully trust the information being provided in the internet. They’ll get to know how to filter the information they take in. I do not recommend it to children or teens because of the profane words that are therein.
