The Inner Ceo by Jeremy Blain is a book about transformation and also about handling things in the business industry. Jeremy tells us information about leadership and how most companies need to change the way they do things. Jeremy goes on to explain why most companies fail and only a few succeed. I learned a lot from this book and I think Jeremy gave me a lot to think about. He made me think of the fact that technology is overtaking the world and no one seems to be taking this seriously or paying attention. He made me think of careers that won't be worth it in the coming years.

What I loved about the book is the fact that I learned a lot about leadership in a business. Jeremy taught me a lot about running a company and treating workers the right way. I now understand the importance of companies keeping up with the changing world of technology. I love that he supported his findings with the help of case studies, questions that we as readers should ask ourselves. I like that he conducted interviews with different people so that readers could get a different point of view. I like that the tone of the book was of empowerment and encouragement. The book is a recent publication which makes it easy for us to relate to the problems he mentioned. He talked about the Covid 19 and how people had to adapt to technology, it is something everyone goes through and it's not a foreign thing. I also love that I had to learn more about the background of the author.

There is nothing I hate about this book. It was exceptionally edited. I just hate that the beginning of the book just had a lot of dashes. Other than that, I enjoyed reading this book.

I will therefore rate the book 4 out of 4 for the fact that the book was well written and edited. The rating would be good because I learned a lot that I wouldn't know if it wasn't for the book. The book didn't have many grammatical errors so it's a good rating.

I would recommend this book to people aspiring to be CEOs and to people who would like to be leaders one day. I think people who are diving into the business industry would love reading this piece of writing as much as I did.
