The book Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks by Morton E. Tavel is a physician's advice on healthy living. Morton wrote about the common misconceptions and tricks about healthy living and the physical makeup designed by frauds as a way of making money in exchange for useless or dangerous products or information. He also wrote on certain tips about health and wellness that can be incorporated into one’s daily life, that hopefully will create a healthier and longer physical outlook with less cost and waste of money.

The book is a product of long term research and studies. The book clearly depicts that the author had dedicated his lifetime in the field of medicine. I love how meticulous he was. The author clearly knows what he's writing about. He has done extensive research on the subject matter and gained credible insight on it. According to him, "I have drawn from an eclectic collection of material that includes my personal biomedical background, scientific publications, media reports deemed accurate, and many other trustworthy sources."

The author wrote not from a place of knowledge and research but from a place of passion and willingness to help people stay healthy. He was not writing in the conventional sense, as a way of making money. Or as a way to show off his knowledge and competence. He wrote from his heart. He tried as much as possible to detail out everything he knew was important in the His passion to see people better and healthy is shown in the quality of contents that included in the book. Also, the authenticity of the content of the book is without question. The things he wrote about were backed with scientific proof and it was built upon the works of other scholars and renowned scientists.

I love how simple and straightforward the book is. The author employed a plain and simple language style. He didn't make use of unnecessary jargons that could hinder the message that he was trying to pass across. The book was written in a way that anybody and everybody could read and understand the points that the author made in the book. This is what I loved most about the book.

There's absolutely nothing that I disliked about the book.

The book was exceptionally edited, the editors did an amazing job. I found no single error in the book. I'd rate the book four out of four stars .

It is an amazing book. I found the content necessary and I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay healthier and live longer.
