Who Told You That You Were Naked? by William Combs is a development of biblical stories ranging from the story of creation to how sin entered human existence through Adam:the first man and his wife, Eve. The story advanced to explain how God surrendered his only son(Jesus) to redeem mankind from the sin brought about by Adam and his partner, thereby serving as a solution to the problems caused by their act of disobedience. The book treats religious subjects like sin, faith, healing, the Bible, God's Rest, the truth and many more, giving vat explanations to the mysteries hidden in these subjects. These explanations infused with personal experiences aid in gaining more understanding on how the knowledge of good and evil has impacted/inflicted mankind so far and how its impact is still felt on several generations after. The book gives a more visual image on all that happened in the garden of Eden and a more vivid interpretation of that little passage in the Bible.

I love the way the author infused personal experiences into the biblical interpretations. These personal recounting helps in providing better comprehension for the readers and it contribute to the interesting parts of the book. Also, I like the way the author quoted Bible passages in the book, it eased the reading process for me as a reader. I also loved the writer's choice of words and how he breaks down complex biblical concepts and uses simple and less complex words to explain them.

While this is a great religious book, I still find it a little confusing. A little distraction on the part of the reader will break the chain of process in which the book is patterned. Too many references are made to different biblical events to the extent that the main idea of the book is slightly misplaced.

I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars as the author can do better in making the book less confusing and focus more on driving home the main idea of the book, rather than attempting to treat multiple subjects at a time.

I recommend this book for anyone who is eager to gain more knowledge and understanding on the story of creation and how sin came to be. Also, it is suitable for anyone who is a fan of Christian stories and interesting religious books. However, it is not suitable for anyone who does not fancy explanations of religious concepts and anyone not interested in the story of creation.
