Midwinter turns to spring by Maria Veloso is a romantic novel. When two souls are united by love there's a strong bond connection.

Falling in love with a married man was the last thing Savannah Curtis would have thought of. She had buried the past in her old apartment but her love story was rekindled by the new tenant of her old apartment Cassidy Hamilton. Fortunately Cassidy came upon a hidden drawer which contains one of the most amazing love story and unfold a secret Savannah Curtis had buried years ago. Cassidy was confused at first but was finally convinced that true love exists after reading Savannah Curtis and Alfonso Madrigal's love triangle. Cassidy Hamilton is determined to complete Savannah's love story.

I was confused at first when the story started at when Alfonso Madrigal walked into the hospital and how Cassidy watched him from the corner of her eyes. I really wanted to understand so I read more trying to figure everything out. Maria Veloso had done a wonderful job on this novel. I was amazed by the use of words, construction of sentences and how each chapter makes you want to read more.

I couldn't see any typo errors. The novel was well edited. Spanish words are foreign to me but I was so glad that there's a translation in each word written in Spanish. Those eye capturing verses and poetries used in the novel like "sparrows fly on their way to you and if I knew the way, I'd hurry too" got my heart. I rate this novel 4 out of 4.

I recommend this novel to all those who had lost hope in true love, art lovers, poets and also those hurting after a breakup.
