Review of The Maestro Monologue

[Following is a volunteer review of "The Maestro Monologue" by Rob White.]
Maestro Monologue, is a self help book that provides short and digestible insights into the ways you have become passive in your life and how to uncover the Maestro who has always been within you.
In Maestro Monologue by Rob White, you are given insights into how to improve your beliefs about yourself and your beliefs about the world. This book contains short passages that are easy to grasp and navigate, along with good questions that everybody should ask themselves about their beliefs and understandings. Maestro monologue also contains real accounts of people that the author has helped, using the methods that were included in the book.
I loved this read and had multiple moments of true realization about my own beliefs while reading. The questions that were given to reflect on truly helped to take an active look at one’s life. The real-life accounts of these methods working for others only further motivated me to continue reading and take these lessons into account. The author also included many of his own struggles and experiences, which helped give the book even more credibility. The tone of this book was uplifting and the positivity and enthusiasm for life was infectious.
The only negative of this book is that, because the tone is so consistently uplifting it doesn't translate well to real life. At times this book seemed too good to be true, even though it is motivating to hear that you can turn your life around, it feels like false advertising that you would forever be that motivated to inject such positivity into your life.
This book seems to be professionally edited as I could find no errors. I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars as many of the lessons and activities were truly life changing and it was an enjoyable read. I recommend this book to anybody that is ready to drag themselves out of the depths of their self-doubt and misery and take their life into their own hands.
