[Following is a volunteer review of "Lead us to a place" by Andrew Pacholyk.]
Lead us to a place written by Andrew Pacholyk is a book that can help you and give you tips on how to enhance your spirituality. We are all spiritual beings and we change as the seasons change.
In the book, the author educates you about mantras (their purpose), crystals (how to cleanse, charge and work with them), essential oils (what they are good for and how to use them), meditation, the seven major chakras (what they are associated with, what they bring us, where they are located and how to activate them) and how your senses, music, journaling, and visualization can help you. He also teaches you what a spiritual quest is and what the golden rule is that you should follow. The author gives examples and exercises you can try. He also left “gemstones”, mostly poems he wrote himself, that can help you better understand some of the subjects.
The author explains that the seasons of our lives are the four stages during our lives that occur in a cycle. The author dissects each season and examines them one by one. What we tend to do during these seasons and what these seasons mean in our lives. Which landscapes, music, elements are associated with a certain season. What the stones and crystals associated with the season are good for. Which essential oils go well with the season and what they are used for. He gives healing techniques for each season. He teaches us about the different cycles that exist like the Lunar cycles, the Celtic Tree of Life, the astrological seasons, and energy cycles. He also tells us about life markers and explains how our senses work.
I liked that examples and exercises were included so that I could also try them as I was reading the book. He advises, encourages, and hands down his findings and experiences and those of others to empower you. There was nothing I disliked about the book.
I recommend this book for spiritual people, people interested in learning about spirituality, and for those who want to know why we go through certain times during our lives and how to handle those times. This book is for open-minded people.
I rate the book 4 out of 4 stars because there were very few errors. I was able to take what I have read and apply it to my own life. Through the help of this book appreciation, happiness, love, and forgiveness became easier.
