Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D. and Alexandra Gold, M.A. is an in-depth dive into holistic solutions and remedies for those who have experienced stress and anxiety. This book offers a wealth of valuable information including nutrient, aromatherapy, exercises, alternative treatments, relaxation techniques and so much more. Each chapter discusses different mental struggles and emotions that we may experience with detailed descriptions.
I very much enjoyed and appreciated reading every page of this book because of the plethora of information that could be applied to my life. The authors helped me understand myself in a way that I had not in the last 30 days of my life. The information is simple to follow and understand. The authors offer a quick reference chart and even a suggested shopping list.
I did not dislike anything about this book. It includes a wealth of knowledge and resources that I truly believe would benefit any human being as I found it educational and relevant. It helps in identifying what the symptoms of anxiety and stress look like. Offered is a variety of treatment options making it suitable for everyone.
I rate this book 4 out of 4. The book is professionally edited and well categorized. I did not find any grammatical errors or misspelled words. This book is an exceptional reference to anyone who struggles or knows someone who struggles with stress or anxiety. I recommend it to adults and teenagers.
