Review of The Maestro Monologue

For those who seek to understand the extraordinary resources available to us and come with being human, this is the book for you. The Maestro Monologue by Rob White is a book that entails having an internal monologue with oneself to discover your genius, defeat your intruder, and design your destiny. Two people control a person, the maestro, and the intruder. The maestro is your authentic self who orchestrates your life, while the intruder inhibits progress and vies for first place in your consciousness. If you constantly rely on your maestro, you think and live for yourself. Part one is about understanding yourself and awareness training then the author later exposes how the intruder affects our lives. Read to find out more on how to identify and eradicate the intruder.
I loved that the book had a comfortable reading pace and was easy to understand. I also loved the exercises incorporated to help readers overcome emotional barriers. They were quite interactive, and it felt as if the author was speaking to me in real-time, a distinguishing characteristic of a self-help book.
This book was an eye-opener, and the lesson I resonated with was about speaking up. The author states that a person should not be afraid to express oneself. I felt empowered to speak my mind because I have always struggled with speaking for myself. I also loved that the author gave examples from other people's experiences that have applied his teachings to their lives and have had a smooth transition. He was also open and honest about his experiences and what he did to change his life.
I felt that some points were repetitive, making the book a bit monotonous at some point. However, there was nothing else I disliked about the book. This book deserves a four out of four stars rating because it is informative, interactive, and a great eye-opener that would spark controversy. I did not find any errors, and it seems professionally edited.
This book would be suitable for almost anyone. I would recommend this book to lovers of self-help books. It would also appeal to anyone looking to be enlightened by new ideas, to view the world differently. The book is also suitable for readers searching for a book that would help them make progress in life faster. I would not discourage any religious groups from reading even though the author includes some mild biblical references in his teachings.
