Many people believe that “natural” medications are always safe and beneficial to their health. This could be the case, but there isn’t much evidence available to back it up. Winning the War on Cancer: The Epic Journey Towards a Natural Cure by Sylvie Beljanski highlights various natural medications Dr. Mirko Beljanski used to cure chronic diseases such as cancer and hypertension. It also explains why the media and government discourage the use of natural medications but promote pharmaceutical medications.

Dr. Mirko Beljanski, a French molecular researcher who found a unique technique for curing cancer using natural extracts, has a daughter named Sylvie Beljanski. This book explains his findings in great depth. In this book, Sylvie Beljanski explains how her parents focused their efforts on researching various plant extracts and used them to cure chronic diseases. After his natural extracts were more effective than synthetic products, people chose them over pharmaceutical drugs. Sylvie Beljanski’s fight for a natural cancer cure is chronicled in this book. Did Sylvie Beljanski succeed in spreading the news about the use of natural remedies all across the world? Read the book to find out.

This was a fantastic book to read. The book contained a great deal of important information. I learned about cancer and the pharmaceutical industry. I also learned that natural products are not patentable, so large pharmaceutical corporations are unlikely to invest in them. Mirko Beljanski was arrested and prosecuted because of the government’s financial interest in patented pharmaceutical products. His arrest was a way of keeping pharmaceutical companies afloat. Until his untimely death, the government fought against his study. The author believes her father was poisoned by inhaling unknown substances after being set up by the government.

I appreciated looking over the many photographs that the author included in this book. There was a photograph of Beljanski supporters marching with signs that read, “We want the Beljanski products: efficient and non-toxic.” The photographs backed up the majority of what was said in the book. I also liked how the author skillfully blended past and present occurrences while narrating the story of her father’s death and the government’s attempts to hide his research. Finally, the author inspired me; despite being a lawyer, she was able to bring her father’s scientific work to light and eventually became the vice president of The Beljanski Foundation, whose aim is to explore natural methods to cancer. There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the book.

Winning the War on Cancer: The Epic Journey Towards a Natural Cure by Sylvie Beljanski is a must-read for anyone coping with cancer or another chronic illness. I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because I believe the author did a good job of educating the audience about natural cancer treatments. It also covers important aspects of living a healthy lifestyle. The text was meticulously edited to ensure that there were no grammatical errors. I recommend this book to biological researchers and those seeking natural alternatives to synthetic drugs, as natural products are effective in removing toxins and supporting the body’s rejuvenation process with minimal or no negative effects.

I don’t trust non-pharmaceutical treatments and only try them if they have been recommended by family or close friends. I guess this says more about me than the actual products, though.
