Man Mission by Eytan Uliel is a book about the adventure of four men, on one epic journey for fifteen years. The book focuses on the adventures that the men, who are friends took each year to different parts of the world. It started as a suggestion by the narrator to his friend Sam, which later became something the four of them looked up to each year. Each year they traveled to different places and they challenged themselves in various tough activities. They participated in activities like kayaking and hiking. After every mission, they would come back home to face family problems and work problems. The yearly adventures became something that could give them a break from all that.

I like how the book has great humor for comic relief. The humor among the four characters is amazing. They tease each other every chance they get and make jokes every time. My favorite character was Sam because he was the most resilient one. No matter how hard the challenge was he always tried to finish without much complaining. I also like how Alec turned his life around from someone who cannot even hold a job to a business owner, a family man, and a good friend. The bond that they shared was amazing.

What I did not like about the book was how the name of the narrator was not mentioned. It kept me guessing who it was. Is it the author or someone else? Other than that the stories are amazing and inspirational. They teach the reader that no matter how tough the situation is giving up is not an option. The adventures always gave me a glimpse of what each country they visited was. Their culture, environment, and gave me an insight into the activities of the country.

I liked how the narrator was given a second chance after things in his life turned ugly. He was alone but he had his friends to help him through the tough phase of his life. Forgiving yourself first is the first step to recovery. I would recommend the book to those who love adventure books and to those looking for tips on where to travel and what activities to engage in.

I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars because the book was exceptionally edited. I give it a full score because the stories are amazing and inspirational. The reader can learn something from the book that can make an impact on their lives. The book is entertaining and satisfying to read hence my score. The reader will enjoy reading the book so much.
