Review of Seeking... Finding... Healing...

[Following is a volunteer review of "Seeking... Finding... Healing..." by Becky Lu Jackson.]
Seeking... Finding... Healing... is a non-fiction book about Becky Lu Jackson’s story with self-healing. This book contains Becky’s story, her journey, and her methods of speaking to her inner self. I admire how brave Becky is, publishing her journey of addiction recovery and how it made her feel.
I like that not only does Becky explain the methods she uses and teaches in depth, but she also includes the benefits and how it has worked for her. The information and methods are extremely well detailed, although some of the longer paragraphs were harder to read than others. The story overall is beautifully written and taught me a lot about connecting to your inner family, how it’s done, and how to do it for yourself.
Seeking... Finding... Healing... is slightly too fast paced and repetitive for me, leading to a loss of interest and getting distracted easily. Other than personal preference I do not see anything “wrong” or “bad” about this book or its format.
Due to my points above, I will rate this book 4 out of 4 stars, it is very beautifully written and as spoken about in the previous paragraph, this book has no visible faults other than my own personal preference.
I feel like Seeking... Finding... Healing... would be an amazing read to those looking to be more spiritual, those looking to heal from their past trauma, and those looking to heal their inner child.
