Have you ever gone on a trip with no index planned at the start and simply went with the flow? Man Mission by Eytan Uliel will transport you to fascinating adventures and bizarre outlandish fantasies involving four buddies. You’ll be baffled as to how the adventure came to be.

The story begins with the protagonist, who meets a new buddy named Sam in law school. During a talk with his new friend Sam, he revealed that he had these insane thoughts about an annual vacation. Three years later, Sam reaches out to him, reminding him of the vacations they discussed and how they could make it a reality. The protagonist was first skeptical but eventually gave in, which forms the basis of this book.

The first voyage begins with Sam and the protagonist traveling to New Zealand with little prior planning; you’ll be fascinated by what happens on that trip. Following that, they embark on more adventures with their other friends; to avoid spoilers, you’ll have to read the book to find out all about it. They visit Tokyo, South Africa, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, and other locations. I must add that they had a lot of enjoyable activities and set some amusing rules. Even though I haven’t traveled much, the travels they embarked on gave me new perspectives and insights into different countries and cultures. It was as though I were a participant in the journey.

This book was about more than just the trips; it was also about how their lives had evolved. In this book, you’ll see how they started as students, got married, had children, and developed their careers, which kept me captivated till the very end. The several life challenges these folks had perplexed me. It became more than simply a trip for these friends. This has further fueled my desire to travel and experience new things. I’d like to travel more and arrange some fun activities for my friends and me.

I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars because not only is the text exceptionally edited, but the character development is also fantastic. The author did a good job of intertwining and overlapping the stories of each character. Although I struggled with the font size of this book, which appeared to be fairly small, I enjoyed it. I recommend this book to those who enjoy travel and adventure books. I say this because, through this book, readers can obtain fun ideas for their journeys. However, sensitive readers should be aware of the profane language.

I like that you pointed out that the book is not strictly about travel, but readers have the opportunity to see how the lives of the protagonists have evolved.
