M. Rebecca Wildsmith wrote the thrilling mystery novel Hattie Vavaseur. It also has a paranormal element, which adds interesting narrative and twists. The story begins with the protagonist, Hattie, attending a funeral; it was unclear whose funeral she was attending. A taxi picked her up, and the driver dropped her off at a mysterious-looking mansion where Hattie had no idea where she was or whose mansion it was. She was unable to recall her memories or calculate what was happening. She insisted on acting as if everything were fine because she was afraid of others would look down on her. She soon met Vamelda, who assisted her in recovering her memories. And so, Hattie embarked on daring, mysterious truths and twists that turned her life upside down.

This story combines thriller, action, mystery, and the paranormal. It takes place in the 1920s. Despite being written in a classical language, it is easier to understand. The writing style was appropriate for the period in which the story took place, and as a result, the narrative is vividly depicted. The language was rich enough to transport you back to the 1920s. Hattie's character development was noticeable from beginning to end. Vamelda, who assisted Hattie, also adds a lot to the characterization of the author's writing. The book also has humor peppered throughout, which made us laugh despite the nerve-wracking twists and thrillers. The story was brief but packed with fun, mystery, and entertainment. The author's portrayal of people in this story was well written and blended naturally with the backdrop of events. The book was flawlessly edited, and I found no flaws.

This book contains no major issues. Some events at the beginning of the story may confuse some readers, but all of those confusions will eventually cleared out one by one as the story progressed. Because it was written in classical language, there are some new words that I found difficult to understand, but it is worth reading as I learned a new word.

I rated it 4 out of 4 stars. It was expertly edited. There are no typos. The story is easy to understand. As a result, I didn't deduct any stars. The author did an excellent job of balancing thriller, mystery, paranormal, humor, and romance. The story plot, narrative style, and character portrayal of Hattie and others all deserve full star ratings.

I strongly recommend it to fans of classic mystery novels. The story was thrilling to read. It was appropriate for young adults who enjoy reading horror and thrillers. Murders, paranormal elements, death, and thrilling action are all part of the plot. As a result, it is ideal for those who enjoy dark and mysterious stories. Those who enjoy reading stories with unexpected twists and turns will also enjoy this book.

I am not as brave as Hattie to just take the unknown in stride and act as if nothing is wrong. I would have run a mile, in all directions I could. Great review thank you.

I cannot imagine waking up at an unknown location with no recollection of how I got there and managing to stay calm. I think Hattie is a very strong character and this an interesting protagonist. Thanks for the review.
