Review of Seeking... Finding... Healing...

[Following is a volunteer review of "Seeking... Finding... Healing..." by Becky Lu Jackson.]
I enjoyed this book because of the section about creating healing and the word-for-word script, as well as the author's optimistic sharing about her inner family healing journey. Each author's sharing of various tools or steps that I could add to my activities for inner healing was lovely and motivating, and I loved each author's sharing of various tools or steps that I could add to my activities for inner healing. I only didn't enjoy the portions where the author shared healing journeys and appreciated other people's comments because it made me feel like I needed to read them too when the author's sharing of her inner family healing journey was sufficient. My overall impression of this book by Becky Lu Jackson's has a rating of 4/4. This book is ideal for creating a self-directed inner family healing guide or guidebook. In fact, I prepared a note of the numerous tools I could use for inner healing from this book, and the book urged me to include my younger selves in the process of my inner healing.
