Sam, Alec, Daniel (The organizer), and the narrator of this story were childhood friends. While in law school, the narrator conceived the idea of travelling around the world for a week of adventures involving kayaking, biking, hiking, and many more. What started as mere adventurous trips later turned into a getaway from family and work hassles for a decade and a half. This event took the four friends to New Zealand, Spain, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Hawaii, Fiji Island, etcetera.

Man Mission by Eytan Uliel is 15 chapter novel categorized into three parts (Beginning, Middle, and End). Each chapter of the book starts with a manly quote, a map of the 'Man Mission' destination, and a Bible verse. The book also covers a variety of themes like friendship, relationships, and family.

I found so many positive aspects of this novel that fascinates me. Firstly, I enjoyed how the author exceptionally swerves among events at the 'Man Mission', family, and work without losing focus and at the same time holding down the reader's attention. Furthermore, the manly quote, the Bible verse, and the map at the beginning of each chapter prepare readers for the experiences ahead. Also, the vital statistics at the end of the chapters refresh the reader's memory of the main events in the novel.

The novel also exposes readers to the beautiful culture and tradition of the cities visited. For instance, on Fiji Island, if an unannounced visitor brings Sevusevu (the traditional kava root, tobacco, sugar, and powdered milk in tins), they are always welcome to stay.

On the flip side, I had a little difficulty with the EPUB version of this book that I downloaded as I found five blank spaces between each page of the book. This experience made my reading tiring at some points as I had to turn five blank pages before reading the next page of the book. However, the thought of the banters among the friends kept me turning pages. I also found the heavy profanity used in the book disturbing.

Man Mission by Eytan Uliel is a very entertaining and educational novel. Additionally, I discovered no grammatical errors throughout my reading; hence, I would give the novel a perfect rating of four out of four stars.

I, therefore, recommend Man Mission by Eytan Uliel to readers who love to read adventure and travelogue books and do not mind the use of heavy profanity.

One thing I admired in this book is the friendship that exists between the three of them. I crave this kind of friendship but it seems I am not wired like that. All the same, I enjoyed reading your review.

The friendship and the adventure to be had in this book appeal to many readers. Unfortunately, though, the copy I downloaded also had five blank pages before a readable page, the why I didn't get to read it. Thanks for your great review!

I have read this book and one thing I noticed about this book is that the author is a vast traveller as I have found that the information about the cities visited is accurate. I also enjoyed the banters amongst the friends. It was quite interesting.
