Alfie Thomas's 'The First Time Father' is a survival guide for first time dads through their pregnancy journey. The book has three parts and is a complete life saver for inexperienced dads on their journey to have their first child. In this book Alfie Thomas shared his very own experience during his first journey to become a father of a handsome boy, 'EJ'. The way he presented all of his feelings is practically relatable.

In my opinion this book is an educational and really helpful book. As it has lots of information about different issues like basic knowledges about pregnancy, how to support the partner mentally, different sex positions during pregnancy, the dos and don'ts during pregnancy, making the milking bottle and so on. This book has almost all the very important stuffs the new dads need to know about.

I have rated this book four out of four rating. This book is really helpful for every married man who are already a father or going to be one. This book helps the fathers by acknowledging them with many new facts that they did not know about. And for the first time dads it's unbelievably necessary. So, I would highly recommend this book to all the first time dads and dads.
