Review of Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula

[Following is a volunteer review of "Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula" by R.F. Kristi.]
Inca, the leader of the Inca and Company detective agency, thought everything would go on smoothly when Mom was called to be a judge at a cheese competition dubbed "the French Patisserie Competition". She was also to participate in the competition, where she would present her best cheese, the "creme de la creme". However, Enzo, a cook who was crafty and always envious of Missy (whom they called "Mom") was planning to ruin things so that he could win the competition instead. I admired how this family of animals interacted and coexisted. Inca, Cara, Fromage, and Charlotte lived together as one loving family. They did things together, helped each other, and cared for each other. They also loved Missy, their owner. With the addition of Terrance, Solo's dog, this group represented a friendship too strong to break.
I also loved how the characters were built. Their roles and interactions with each other were well-pronounced. Inca, being a big Siberian kitty — and the biggest of them all — led the group. She was also smart and likable. Cara was a Siamese kitty and always well-groomed. She was the closest to Missy. Fromage, a French Tabby-cat, was a cheese freak. Charlotte, a tiny Roborovski hamster, was always closest to Fromage. Lastly, Terrance was a very likable dog. Read more to find out more about them and how they interacted with each other.
I enjoyed everything in this book. It was so simple to read, and I didn't get bored even once. I also adore the wonderful character development — as already said in the previous paragraph. The story of how the group tackled Enzo was so humorous and it cracked me up. To add to all these, the book was exceptionally well-edited and I didn't find a single error. I didn't find any negative point, so I'll rate it 4 out of 4 stars.
I recommend the book to children who are into suspenseful adventure books. This will be a wonderful book for them.
