[Following is a volunteer review of "Backcomb & Tattoo" by Shea R Embry.]
Backcomb and Tattoo by Shea R Embry told the story of how four women of different nature crossed each other's paths and became good friends.
Rachel is an interior designer who was married to Jake, a musician who was constantly moving around. Rachel could not ignore the loneliness she felt, but she loved her husband very much, and so she tried her best to be as understanding as possible. Rachel met Aunt Mary Opal at a friend's party, and she couldn't help but love the woman. They became good friends in the long run. Rachel met Jesi on her vacation trip, and she became a member of the crew. The trio had a chaotic encounter with Nicole, and that's how they became four. How will the relationship between these four women turn out? Are there secrets being kept in this friendship?
When I saw the book cover, I wasn't sure if it was going to have anything to do with the book, but upon reading the book, I discovered that the four women on the cover were supposed to be the women being discussed. I also loved how unique the book's title was. I wanted to know what the content of the book was because the title sounded a bit mysterious to me. The book's introduction was splendid. Rachel was the main character in the book, and I loved her. She is the perfect daughter, friend, sister, and wife. She is loving and thoughtful towards others too. I think we all need a good friend like Rachel. The book had a captivating feature that I could not place my hand on. It was just an interesting journey reading this book. I couldn't stop flipping through the pages of this book.
I did not dislike anything about this book. I enjoyed reading the book till the last page.I give the author's creativity a ten out of ten because I loved everything that happened in this book. The book was well-written and formatted. The value of good friendship cannot be measured. I think they had the best bond and were helpful to one another.
This book deserves a rating of four out of four stars. I found the book to be exceptionally well-edited. The book had a flow and approach that I liked. I would recommend this book to my friends too. This book is suitable for people who love adventure. I would also recommend this book to people who want to know the importance of bonding with people in their life.
