Inca and her troupe (Fromage, Cara, and Terrance) accompanied Missy to the "French Patisserie Competition". Missy was their owner, and she was to be a judge in a peace competition that was to be held between North and South Korea. She was also going to submit her special cheese, the "creme de la creme", at the competition.

However, there was an evil cook called Enzo. Enzo was planning to ruin Missy's day. He planned to steal Missy's cheese or put a worm in it if he didn't succeed to steal it. How will things go? Read Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi to know how things rolled out.

This children's book came out as a very entertaining and refreshing book to read. I loved how Inca and her friends were more than willing to accompany Missy to Korea and help her in every way. Specifically, I loved how they helped Missy when things seemed to be going wrong. They were always ready and they kept a keen eye on Enzo. They knew Enzo was an enemy who was up to no good, so they were ready to ensure his evil schemes didn't succeed. Furthermore, I loved how they helped Bo-Mi come back to Ji, risking their security in the process.

The characters in the book are well-developed, and their traits are portrayed in a descriptive way that is enjoyable to read. I also love the overall plot and idea of the story — it is an amazing thing that animals can also help humans. I don't see anything to dislike about the book or any negative aspects that may warrant deducting any star. I, therefore, rate the book 4 out of 4 stars because of reasons discussed above.

The book has been exceptionally well-edited, and I didn't spot any grammatical errors or typos. I recommend the book to children who love engaging novels that have adventure-loving animal characters. The book will be worth every time they will spend on it.

Harmony in chaos. It's all a matter of perspective.
