[Following is a volunteer review of "The Crystilleries of Echoland" by Dew Pellucid.]
Dew Pellucid takes readers on terrific adventures in an unusually unique land in The Crystilleries Of Echoland. A barbaric law that has claimed so many lives in the past threatens once again to claim those of two boys who must fight powerful forces to stay alive and put an end to this law by restoring the true ruler to the throne. This however proves to be a very difficult and dangerous task for everyone involved especially Will. Dew Pellucid's wild imagination through the pages is simply amazing.
When reading The Crystilleries Of Echoland, each character, place, object, sound and view is brought to life through Dew Pellucid's descriptions; you can almost see them vividly. The bonds of friendship and loyalty are beautifully illustrated in words and explored. The Crystilleries Of Echoland will have a reader aching to see this magical Echoland. That's how absolutely captivating the story is and this is what I found to be the most positive thing about reading this book. The book is written in short sentences making it easy for the reader to grasp each sentence. The book is very well edited. I didn't find any errors while reading it.
Frankly speaking, there isn't one thing about this book that struck me as negative while I read it so there aren't any negative aspects as far as I'm concerned.
I give The Crystilleries Of Echoland a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. I give it this rating because as I stated earlier, the book was well edited and the story is amazingly captivating.
People who love fantasy will absolutely love this book. For people who would like to start reading fantasy, this book will be a perfect place to start. Young adults will get a kick out of reading this book.
