Review of Toni the Superhero

[Following is a volunteer review of "Toni the Superhero" by R.D. Base.]
Toni the Superhero by author R.D. base is a children's book which is aimed toward children who aren't familiar with reading. Its about a boy named Toni who's a superhero and still engages in normal activities. Toni is a very kind boy and loves to do many things as said in the book.
The books correctly aims at the desired audience, it uses words that are easier to understand and pictures that would engage the readers and make the book more adventurous and fun. Although the book is extremely short, I wouldn't view that as a negative aspect being that beginner readers need time to process the book or story in full before moving on to something much more detailed.
I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. Not only does the book grasp the attention of the desired audience but it's written by someone who not only is a mother but by a mother who works hard to provide these sort of books for children. This book is well edited.
I'd recommend Toni the Superhero to young readers or people who have trouble with reading. Its purpose was definitely fulfilled throughout the book. I feel that the author was very generous in making this book. The book is very effective to read in many ways. The book is below my reading level but I thought it would be good to read and give my honest feedback about. I will say the illustrations added so much to the book.
I don't see this book in any negative aspects. The reason being that it wasn't a bad book at all and it opened the readers imagination. I see this book in a positive light. As I've previously described above. With saying all of this I believe the book is very well composed and would be a good pick for the targeted audience.
