Journey to your Summit by Dave Vetta is a personal development book that encompasses the principles to adopt for developing the right ethics and financial freedom. The book clearly expantiates on the financial plans to follow in order to have a great retirement. Majority of people under the working class are living a life that doesn't portray the real amount they take home monthly. Also, there are financial literates as well as financial illiterates. This book gives a detailed explanation on one can determine which class one belongs to: financial literates or financial illiterates. There are various risks that do affect the financial health and capacity of civil servants. These risks are explained in the book and various ways of managing financial risks were also revealed. This book however, doesn't only talk about financial health alone, but also real life principles on respect, fairness and trust. From the book, there are various ways to avoid distractions, experience rapid growth career-wise and the best way to lead under any circumstances.

Journey to your Summit is an interesting and captivating book. I particularly learned a lot of things on personal development and the best ways to manage financial risks. I was able to learn the best ways to plan financially as well as the risks associated with finance. I like how the author uses real life stories to further buttress his points. This aids a better understanding of what the author was trying to convey to the reader. For example, on page 94, the author uses his real life experience to explain what should come first between one's life and money. I also like how the author uses less ambiguous and simple words, which makes the book easier to comprehend.

Journey to your Summit is an interesting and captivating book. I find no fault with the book.

I will give this book 4 out of 4 stars. The words used were unambiguous. Also, the book was well referenced. Also, the use of real life experience enables easy understanding.

I would recommend Journey to your Summit to anybody who is interested in reading personal development books. The book is also suitable for people who are finding it hard to take control of their financial situation. The book could also be of help in managing family financial plans. There are also other themes like leadership, real life principles and many others which could be of great benefit to anybody intending to learn more about them.
