Review of Butterfly Awakens
The book, Butterfly Awakens, is an inspiring story of remolding through grief and how people can evolve and change, either for the worse or, in this case, for the better, after experiencing life-altering events like death in their lives. In her book, Meg Nocero talks about how the passing of her mother has affected her and her family in her journey through life. She divides the book into three chapters; the first one tells us about the suffering she and her family went through after her mother's diagnosis of breast cancer and her treatment journey. The second chapter speaks about how she was coping with her mother's passing and the effect it had on her. and the last chapter mentions the acceptance of the tragedy and the relief a person would feel after doing that.
The book has many positive aspects to it. It teaches you how to process your emotions in difficult situations and how to deal with grief after the loss of a loved one. It teaches you the right way to not fall into despair after a catastrophe and how to deal with it and turn it into a favorable outcome for your mental and physical health. It proves that not every person who goes through hardship in life will turn out bad. It's about how you deal with the events that occur in your life and the path you choose to take to treat your feelings.
There isn't any negative aspect to this book; it's a very heartbreaking yet heartwarming story of a person's loss and change. It's very informative and encouraging, and it shows that people can turn out well even after disasters.
For the reasons mentioned in the previous paragraphs, I would rate this book a 4 stars out of 4. The author's writing style is very simple and clear, with explanations of words and quotes she used, which had a noticeable impact on the core of the book. That made it very easy to read, and the flow of the story was very smooth. I would also say that the book was exceptionally edited since I haven't found any typing or grammatical errors in it.
I would recommend this book to people who are going through grief and trying to process their emotions after losing a loved one, or to anyone who would like to have an idea about the transformation a certain misfortune can have on you.
