Kelly and Tom Turbulo have just gotten married, and they decide to spend their honeymoon on an island in Honduras. They went through a lot of stress in getting an affordable hotel since most of the hotels there were too expensive. After settling down, they take a tour of the island. Kelly visits a pigsty shop hoping to get gifts for her nephews and nieces. She soon finds out that the store is fake and a front for a high-tech lab. She was shocked when she found out that a group of terrorists was planning to attack the United States. She quickly escapes from the store before they find out that she has been snooping. She gets home, afraid that they might come looking for her. She informs her brother, Senator Mike, about the incident and asks for help. Will Kelly and the team be able to stop this group of merciless terrorists? Find out when you read E M P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer.

This is an interesting crime fiction novel with lots of amazing characters. My favorite character was Steve. I loved his intelligence and courage. His relationship with Sharon, a member of Senator Mike's team, is very entertaining. They both liked each other and refused to admit it to anyone. I didn't like the head of the terrorist group called Dear Leader. He was merciless and inhumane. I couldn't help but pity the people who worked for him at the factories. They were treated badly and constantly punished. The book was action-packed, and the author puts the reader through an engaging journey of destroying the terrorist's plans.

There were no issues with the book. It was professionally edited because I did not find any grammatical errors or typos while reading the book, and the plot was easy to follow. It was a short read with just 250 pages, and I completed the book in a few hours. Apart from the book explaining too much about the nature of the terrorists' devices, there's nothing to dislike about the book.

I rate the book at 4 out of 4 stars. It was fantastic and well-written. There were almost no flaws at all in the book. I have read other books by the author and I already knew this book was going to be another good book by her.

I enjoyed reading the book, and I know anyone that loves to read crime fiction novels will find this book interesting too. I recommend it to people who love to read action-packed fiction books. It is worth your time and money.
