Building A Coaching Culture by Andreas Von der Heydt, is a book that equip managers and business owners with the new skills and techniques for successfully developing new employees, who may be flexible enough to adapt any difficult situation that may come in the future, in order to thrive. In the book there is a research that has conducted to help managers to become better coaches for their juniors, the author has also provided essential steps that managers can follow to coach their juniors effectively and develop productive employees.
I really enjoyed the book, it is a helpful book containing valuable business skills. This is a prefect, a memorable, thought-provoking and educational read. The author has done a perfect work of writing and expressing clear information in a way that readers can understand and get the concept being taught.
I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. There are no grammatical errors in the book and it is professionally edited.
There is no profanity in the book therefore I recommend this book to audience of all ages especially those who are interested in business mentoring and coaching.
