Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D. and Alexandra Gold, M.A. is a fantastic book. This book contains a lot of interesting tips which improve human lives.
This book brought to light the effectiveness of alternative medicine and natural solutions that help to relieve anxiety and stress. It exposes the symptoms of anxiety disorder and its triggers. This allows people to analyze the situations in their lives to know if they are suffering from an anxiety disorder. Early diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorder help increase a person’s quality of life. People seem oblivious to this and suffer for a long time before seeking help.
Stress is part of our daily lives, but unlike positive stress, which adds beauty to our lives, bad stress is dangerous. We must learn various ways to manage stress to live a good life. Are you asking yourself if this is possible? Do you want to gain mastery over the results you get? Then, delve into this book and get the life-changing key to living a healthy life.
This book contains tables that help the reader understand the author’s view, making it exciting and educative. The author’s writing style is simple, and everyone can understand it. In addition, the book includes a list of articles explaining stress and anxiety management in detail.
I love that the book talks about various remedies that can be used to reduce stress and anxiety. It gives a broad exposure to nutrient-based remedies, herbal-based remedies, natural remedies, and alternative remedies. Also, I was exposed to treatments that are not harmful or have harsh side effects, like some medications. The importance of massage and a regular sleeping schedule in combating anxiety symptoms were also emphasized. In addition, I learned that non-addictive natural techniques could help a patient who has become addicted to medication to treat anxiety disorder.
Furthermore, I appreciate that the book exposes the importance of herbal teas and how they can be used to manage stress and anxiety. It also contains various breath techniques that help to relieve stress, anxiety, and insomnia. I also learned that using aromatic oil and technologies to treat stress and anxiety has proven effective.
There is nothing I dislike about the book. Hence, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because it is professionally edited, as I observed a few errors in it. I recommend this book to doctors, nurses, soldiers, professionals, people suffering from stress and anxiety disorder, and anyone who loves exciting books.
