I have read this book and I appreciate that even though the author wrote the book based on the Bible, his style of writing and creativity were really impressing. Wonderful review and congrats on the BOTD.

The fascinating thing about this storyline is that there ARE so few details provided. The author of a biblically-based fiction really has to be careful about finding the balance between creative license and not going completely off orthodoxy. From your review, it sounds like the author did a great job.

This is a very comprehensive review of today's BOTD. I loved reading the book and the fact that the author tried to answer questions on Cain's motivation to kill his brother.

It is extremely impressive how the author managed to incorporate his own imagination into the plot while yet adhering to the biblical timelines. Anyone looking for a new perspective on the Cain and Abel story should read this book, which I found to be immensely thought-provoking and interesting. Great review!

There are true events mentioned in bible and popular theories regarding them. We always tend to believe the stories and not think of them from a different angle. This book clearly does that, thus i recommend it.

If there's one book I enjoyed reading, it is this one. Killing Abel showed me how powerful and diverse our thoughts and imaginations are. Congratulations to the author on winning book of the day.

It is nice to have a book that discussed the events that happen in the garden, how man falls, and how God sends them out of the garden of Eden. I also love the fact that it discuss Cain's descendants. This is a creative work.

The story of Cain and Abel is one of the most fascinating stories in the Bible. This fictional piece based on the account given in the Bible will surely be interesting, learning how one interpretation is put into writing. Having grown up in the Church, I am very familiar with the Biblical account, but I am anxious to read this book. Congratulations on BOTD! Thank you for your review.

the author provides an interesting take on the story of Cain and Abel, as well as the events leading up to Noah's time. The fact that the author notes that the book is a work of fiction based on the true events of the Bible is important for readers to keep in mind. The author's attention to detail in following the timeline of events and providing additional information about the whereabouts of the Garden of Eden and Cain's descendants is commendable.

I loved reading the book but what the author did I don't think is right because no one is allowed to remove from or add to the Bible.

A historical fiction novel base on events in the Bible. Seems very intriguing and might also be controversial. I would love to know the author's perspective of what transpired that made God wipe out humanity. Can't wait to read it. Congrats on BOTD.

Killing Abel is a work of fiction drawn from actual events in the Bible. The author tells the story of Eva, Cain, Abel, and Seth, Adam and Eve’s offspring, and how they dealt with the consequences of sin. Within the story, forgiveness and mercy were all prominent themes. However, the author took several liberties with the Bible stories, which readers must be aware of. Thanks for your review.
