JT Thomas was supposed to get married to the love of his life, Annabelle, but she was murdered by her husband. JT was left to care for Annabelle's daughter, Madeleine. JTs World by E. Alan Fleischauer began with JT Thomas excited about the grand opening of his new amusement park. However, things did not go too smoothly, and murders were committed in the compound. Annabelle's husband was back to kill JT and Madeleine, so he could inherit their riches. Thankfully, he was killed before he got to commit another horrible crime. To clear his head, JT Thomas set out with his ranch hand, Buck, to purchase cattle. This is where his adventures began as he encountered different types of people on their journey. Will the murders affect the opening of the amusement park? Will JT Thomas find someone worthy to love?

This book was an adventurous read. The list of well-developed characters supported the plot beautifully. Each character was given a section where we learn more about them. It felt like there were a bunch of smaller stories of different genres embedded in this one book. I enjoyed the multiple themes spread throughout the book. From romance to mystery to crime, this book had something to offer every reader. I liked the relationship between JT and his workers, especially Buck. He was presented as a generous character, always doing the right thing and helping others.

The action scenes of this book were well-written and very descriptive. There was nothing I disliked about the book. My favorite mini-story was the one with Maria. Her brother was a pastor, and he was killed while they were traveling to a new city. He was supposed to be the new pastor. After much encouragement and support from JT, Maria took her brother's place and became the new pastor. JT was even generous enough to pay for her brother's burial.

The book was professionally edited, as I only found two minor errors. I have to give it a perfect score of four out of four stars. I could not give it any lower rating because the plot was captivating. I enjoyed getting to know the different characters and found them relatable.

Persons who enjoy adventurous stories will find the book interesting. I would recommend it to people who enjoy reading romance, crime thrillers, mystery, and suspense. This book also had some humor, as Buck was always trying to be funny.
